Returns

1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@bibiotic.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

 

Refunds

1. Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2 days.

 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
